Description C. Hlecelet was a famous politician, patriot, solicitor and member of Sokol. He was son of MUD. Jan helcelet, also a well-known moravian patriot, politician and teacher. Ctibor studied law at universities in Prague and cracow. After his compulsory practical training he became a solicitor in the small Moravian town Vyškov. In Prague, he became a member of Sokol and a very good friend of M. Tyrš. helcelet was also active in politics. He was a member of the Moravian Provincial Parliament and the Central parliament in Vienna and one of the prominent representatives of the Moravian National Party.
