Description	This articel is a methodological view into the micro election analysis in Czech political area. Artical put up key methods how to define space and relevant election data. This study also propose that micro elction analysis study should more accept variables like political party organizational network, members, historical context and effect of nomination of local authorities in proportional electoral system.
