Description	A preconcentration system based on Donnan dialysis with a capillary cation exchange Nafion membrane was used for preconcentration of divalent metal ions (Cu2+, Cd2+ and Mn2+). In off-line arrangement of Donnan dialysis, capillary membrane Nafion was coiled around a holder made of glass rods and was immersed into donor solution, which was placed in a beaker.After dialysis, contents of metal ions in the acceptor solution were determined by flame AAS.
