| Description | In this paper I analyze "knowing individual who occupies certain office" as a possible candidate for "finding after seeking" which has not de re existential presupposition. But all proposed variants of explication unevitably have de re existential presuppositions and substitutions by means of co-referential terms are justified. This is connected with the fact that "knowing" is factivum. |
