Description	Compliance is a big problem in the whole medicine. Available data suggest that about 40 % of the patiens with psychotic disorders is nonadherent. In our group of the patients who were hospitalised for the first time with the first episode schizhophrenia 78 % fulfilled criteria for remission at a one-year follow-up. 18 % of patientes withdrew the medication, In comparison between remitters and nonremitters more nonremitters came without any medication.
