| Description | A consistent association seems to emerge between NSS, treatment reactivity and outcome. This association may characterize a subgroup of pts with poor illness course and outcome. Assessment of NSS is an easy, practical, non-invasive technique, substituting or complementing more sophisticated methods not routinely available. NSS might be regarded as one of the indicators of treatment outcome in the first episode schizophrenia. |
