Description	The article deals with the problems of financial law determination. It uses so call branch-of-science-creation criteria. Thiking about the object of legal regulation, the method of regulation (author presents the auto-application of tax law), financial law systematic - problem to specify general part of the financial law, the solution is in structuring to the fiscal and non-fiscal parts. Author shortly describes the trends of the financial law after the integration of the Czech Republic into the European Union.
