Description | We studied effect of anthracycline therapy on physical activity, body and cardiovascular parameters in children treated for malignant tumor. Despite the subjects in group M have no symptoms of cardiovascular or neural injury, we found decrease of systolic blood pressure and physical activity depended on anthracyclline dosage. Together with increased baroreflex sensitivity these findings suggest impairment of autonomic nervous system. |
