Description	The moravian regional party coalition became the more powerfull in 1990s parliamentary and local election in Brno area. During next five years the pro-Moravism, as a leading political thema, has marginalized and the political party system in Brno has re-opened. The main Czech political parties (CSSD, KDU-CSL, KSCM, ODS) started to strenhten their position on each level of electoral competition (parliament, regional, local, european).
