| Description | We have developed a rapid, accurate and sensitive assay for glucose that enabled us to measure the kinetic parameters for a cytokinin-O-glucoside-specific beta-glucosidase towards its natural substrate. Both the beta-glucosidase reaction and the detection reaction occur simultaneously in solution. Measurement is continuous and the reaction is measured nine times during three seconds. |
