| Description | The research of village was an important topic in Ethnology since 19th century. After 1948 the study of relics was superseded by the study of contemporary village changed by Collectivization. After Velvet Revolution 1989 Ethnology became interested in other topics. The research of village was no longer in its focus unlike in historical or social sciences. |
