Description	Oral health state and treetment need were investigated in patients with handicap (mental retardation, phobia) Data on DMFT, DMF/tooth (%), and restorative index were calculated. Mean values of data on extractions in phobia are higher (7,36) than in patients with mental retardation (5,21).
