| Description | The spectral analysis of heart rate variability is very senisitive indicator of autonomic neural regulation as well as of overtrainig of athletes. Our findings show the HRV dependence to aging: A increasing of total spectral power and power of very low and low frequency in girls to puberty, and decreasing after puberty. |
