| Description | Most of the calculations of the infrared conductivity of high-Tc cuprate superconductors (HTCS) are based on the simple bubble approximation, where final-state interactions (vertex corrections, VC) are neglected. It is well known that this approach does not yield gauge invariant results. Here we report on our computations, where a class of VC required for the theory to be gauge-invariant is taken into account. |
