Description	DNA isolated from bacterial cells of genus Lactobacillus was amplified using genus specific primers LbLMA1 a R-16-1 (Dubernet a spol., 2002). Primer R16-1 was biotinyled. Biotinyled PCR products were separated using magnetic carrier with immobilised streptavidin. The elution of PCR product from carrier was tested.
