Description	The paper presents diagnostic possibilities of achievement motivation by means of projective methods. The attention is concentrated on the TAT test and the possibilities of content analysis of the stories by means of various interpretation clues. Our experience with this method not only confirmed its construct validity but also pointed out some diagnostic limitations.
