| Description | The article deals with the specifics of some electronic resources and digital libraries for visually impaired people. One of them is an using special software and hardware for the digital documents reading. The second specificity is that the electronic recources are often based on some printing patterns which are the publications that are not available to the visually impaired users. The first fact reflects on a digital document final form (electronic format, structure, grafic elements adaptation). The second fact is needed to take into account when the digital libraries for the visually impaired users are built; especially when the electronic catalogue is built. There are also present some current digital libraries for the visually impaired in the article. |
