Description	Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in males and the second leading cause of cancer death. Although the use of prostate-specific-antigen (PSA) screening has led to the earlier detection of prostate cancer, the impact of PSA screening on cancer-specific mortality is still unknown. This study describes analysis of metallothionein and alpha-methylacyl-CoA-racemase as a potential new tumor markers.
