Description To sum up this knowledge, the north-eastern elements, which appear foreign in the area of the Elbeland Germans, can be recognised already in the stage A of the Early Roman period, at the decline of the Early Roman period and at the beginning of the Late Roman period in stages B2-C1, C1. These influences become more intensive within a so far unspecified time span at the end of the Late Roman period and the turn between the Late Roman period and the beginning of the Migration period, i.e. in stages C2 - D.
