| Description | We investigated the effects of 5-fluoro substituent on the 2D condensation of cytosine. The influence of pH, electrode potential, scanning frequency and temperature were systematically studied. We have also observed the formation of condensed layers of 5-fluorocytosine on Au (111) single electrode, highlighting the predominance of lateral interactions over substrate-absorbate interactions. |
