Description The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship of selected personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness) to two towards the conflict between work and family - work interference in family and family interference to work. The research sample consisted of 298 teachers (82 men, 216 women), employed full-time, permanent marriage and at least one child living at home. Results of studies show that conflict between work and family is associated with personality traits neuroticism, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness.
