Description The study is focused on relation of self-concept aspects (self-esteem, self-concept clarity and self-efficacy) and subjective well-being to coping strategies. There were used Self-concept clarity scale (Campbell et al, 1996), Self-efficacy scale (Křivohlavý, Schwartzer and Jerusalem, 1993), Self-esteem scale (Rosenberg, 1965), Subjective well-being scale (Pavot and Diener, 1993) and SVF 78 by authors W. Janke a G. Erdmann, translated by J. Švancara (2003). We found out positive correlation between positive coping strategies and all aspects of self-concept. Negative coping strategies correlated with negative self-concept aspects. Subjective well-being positively influences choice of positive coping strategies.
