Description Diploma Thesis deals with research on agile management software development. It examines the currently available agile methodologies and analyze their potential use in the development of the projects of modern web services and mobile solutions. The practical part is devoted to the use of these methodologies in real (commercial) environment. Using case study are analyzed the problems of a particular project of a large web service whose development is driven by agile methodologies. The outcome of the proposal is practical programming solution which enables effective management from the perspective of a manager and developer. This software solution can also aim to partially eliminate problems arising from the case study by implementating of a new methods of user interface and interaction. The resulting solution is subjected to functional, performance and stress benchmarks.
