Inventory schedule
- 29. 9. 2023 – stop status on all interdepartmental transfers, disposal and purchase of new assets (Attention! Approval must be done in September)
- 4. 10. 2023 – deadline for submitting invoices related to asset purchases is September 2023; all invoices delivered later will be entered into the asset after physical inventory (in the 10/2023 accounting period, but no earlier than 1. 11. 2023)
- 5. 10. 2023 – last day to move between rooms and people within the INET site
- 6. 10. 2023 – database switchover, uploading data to readers (again without DHEV and DNEV this year)
- 9. 10. 2023 – picking up readers according to the list (we will inform you about the exact date)
- 9.–22. 10. 2023 – spot checks
- 25. 10. 2023 – deadline for handing in readers
- 27. 10. 2023 – deadline for submitting the Minutes for approval
