The aim of the call is to support excellent research in the social sciences and humanities and to strengthen cooperation between research organisations in the Czech Republic. Considering the nature and focus of the call, the societal relevance and interdisciplinarity of the topic is pursued alongside excellence.

The number of applications per applicant is limited by the grant provider and the MU management has already approved the projects that will be prepared within Masaryk University. The FF MU will coordinate a project on the topic of the mental lexicon (responsible researcher Mgr. Pavel Caha, Ph.D.).

However, due to the focus on research cooperation, it is possible to participate in projects of other institutions as a partner.
