The competition is announced within the INTER-ACTION sub-programme, bilateral projects Czech Republic - Israel. The LUAIZ24 competition will accept proposals for applied research, focusing on the areas specified below:

• Health and Medicine - Drug Design and Development
• Sustainability and environmental protection - climate change, clean energy, desert research, water
• Data science - applications of artificial intelligence

Other information:

• Applicants can be research organisations
• A candidate may submit more than one project proposal to the call for proposals, provided that the projects are not thematically identical (as assessed by the peer review) and are not implemented by the same research team
• Another project participant from the Czech Republic is not admissible
  The implementation of the projects will contribute to the fulfilment of OBJECTIVES 2 and 4.
• A total of EUR 22,5 million is allocated for the call. CZK
• The maximum amount of support for 1 project (3 years of solution) is 2.5 million CZK. CZK.
