About the office
Agenda
The Office for External Relations ensures the promotion of the Faculty in relation to prospective students, supports public awareness of research and educational activities at the MU Faculty of Arts and contributes to a positive perception of the humanities in society. It also provides internal communication towards students and staff.
The department's agenda consists of:
- Management of faculty web presentations and social networks (including the Employee Portal and Portal for students)
- Promotion of study opportunities, including lifelong learning and research results
- Communication with prospective students during the admission procedure
- Communication to students and staff
- Communication with alumni and faculty partners
- Preparation and promotion of official faculty events and dramaturgy of the Reading Room programme
- Management of the exhibition in the faculty shelter
- Supporting the unified visual style of the faculty and the university
- Registration and support of student clubs and volunteer activities
- Running the faculty podcast studio
- Management of the faculty photo library
- Management of orientation systems in buildings
