Innovation of a subject – Older French literature as well as a subject of Chosen chapters of older French literature reacts to new tendencies in education of foreign languages and a harmony of referential levels of a Common referential frame for languages.
The goal is to create a comprehensive and linked system of a complex conception in education of History of literature of a given country in its home language. This system corresponds to requirements set on a high-quality and professional preparation of a thesis in a Bachelor’s study program: Pedagogical assistantship of the French language and literature for Elementary schools and subsequent Master’s program – French for Elementary Schools with a possibility of using it in a course dedicated to French literature in a CZV program. By creating a new component within a remaining model of the education, students will be allowed to have better understanding of issues which were not a part of the program till now. Creation of new completive material within the subject of Older French literature will put in place student’s ability to analyse texts of literature, understanding these texts on the basis of logical reasoning and using this knowledge in a literary field as well as in a lexical field.
The innovated subject would be richer on older French texts found in a lot of places in the Czech Republic. Older French literature would become more current and could be then place into a larger educational context based on a Czech-French relationship in a cultural history of both countries.
