Description | This paper focuses on selected challenges faced by social pedagogy in the 21st century. It can be assumed that in the forefront in the coming years will be topics that will be both at the macro level as well as on meso level and micro level. Macro level can be seen as a global environment of the Earth. Meso level can be identified with particular geographic elements such as nation-states. At this level we can identify areas such as changes in the social, demographic and ethnic composition of the population in Central Europe and in individual countries, the influence of religious groups, the influence of social networks and funding of particular activites of social pedagogy. At the micro level, social pedagogy will focus mainly on the dynamic relations and the changing functions in the families, leisure and social pathologies. The contribution can be seen as a theoretical-predictive one, that will pay attention to particular trends in social pedagogy as well as trends in the whole society. |
