Description The paper presents the research findings, whose objective was through action research affect the quality of teacher feedback. In research communication is the feedback teachers through the most important factor supporting the pupil's learning (Hattie, 2003). On the other hand, the feedback is called a phenomenon that a teacher can perfectly plan (Shulman, 2005). We show how teachers achieve an increase in the frequency and the introduction of advanced feedback and identify three phenomena involved in the implementation of changes.
