Citation
Description Author presents the social doctrine of the first Czechoslovak Republic as a relationship between individual and society, shown in the field of social security and social welfare. Also presents theoretical opinions of T. G. Masaryk and his "broad understanding of the social issues", stemming from the belief that social progress can be generated by improving the democratic system through the economic and social reforms. The development of economic, political and social conditions in the first Czechoslovak Republic did not allow to execute many plans in the area of social legislation, however, as the author summarize, on behalf of the related knowledge, it can be said, that in spite of the economic crisis and sink of the social security in the main population during the first Czechoslovak Republic, the main goal was to maintain and fulfil the goals of social doctrine created during the formation of Czechoslovak state by its former representation.
