| Description | The paper deals with the so-called litterae ad beneficia ecclesiastica, that document the institutions of new priests and administrators of churches by the bishop. The aim of the study is to show that the development of form of these documents could be affected by the spreading of the system of patronage rights in the structures of church administration in Prague diocese in the second half of the 13th century. |
