Description The chapter is devoted to some permanent features of history of mankind, namely to the idea of primarily rule of gods in the society and that a chief or king leading some societies, acts as the representatives of the deity. The idea of the gods rule is very closely connected to the idea of the justice and the demand of the defence of poor and weak members of a society. This idea is connected with the protection and maintenance of the world order (cosmos). We demonstrate these facts on the development and thinking of the Ancient Near East, ancient Greece and Rome, among European "barbarian! tribes, Eurasian nomadic peoples and in America, Australia and Polynesia, too.
