Description The aim of this paper is to present the empirical research in the area of educational online videos and Netnographic methodology. This study aims to explore professional self-concept of teachers, who engage in the production of educational videos on YouTube. Qualitative multiple case study methodology is used. The analysis showed high self-esteem as dominant aspects of teacher’s professional self-concept based on the interactions with YouTube viewers.
