| Description | Main goal of my lecture is to analysed activity of state-owned architecture enterprises Stavoprojekt Brno and Brnoprojekt. My focus is to outline contribution of these enterprises on building large housing estates in Brno. I choosed and analysed plannes for building prefab estates in southwestern part of Brno (Nový Lískovec). I my lecture I outlined building process and named individual forces that created it. We can see that even in socialism there is still relationship between investor, architect and developer, but in socialism main influence lies in hand of developer which results in quality of new prefab housing estates. |
