Description The paper deals with gender quantitative and qualitative analysis of The Christian-Socialist Worker´s All-Trade Union in Moravian and Silesia between 1902 and 1938. The results highlighted several interesting facts. Although agitation throughout the period was directed at women as „involuntary“ workers, referring to a more important maternity role, before the First World War, the thein presence in the All- Trade Union replaced the missing central Catholic women´s oganisation. It was also proved that, during the inter-war era, women were disappearing from the more and more masculine All Trade-Union, and their activities were strongly marginalized.
