| Description | The subject of this research report is the problem of the economic functioning of the audiovisual industry, referred to as the value gap. Its essence is the impact of the illegal use of audiovisual works on the value of copyright property rights.This research report answers the basic questions of how Czech legislation reflects the value gap problem for audiovisual works and how Czech legislation addresses the value gap problem for audiovisual works. This report also includes a proposal to address the identified deficits concerning the reflection or treatment of the value gap in Czech law. |
