Citation
Description A text for members of the Czech minority in Daruvar (Croatia) provides a survey of territorial differences of Czech, on their origin as well as on tendencies of their development. The focus is especially on Czech-Moravian differences, on the issue whether Common Czech is really common, whether there is Common Moravian, whether the language spoken in Moravia is closer to Standard Czech than the language spoken in the Czech lands etc. The way to find answers is e.g. an analysis of a large corpus of private correspondence gathered on the whole home territory of the Czech language.
