Description The research is focused on students who have not passed the Matura exam. This failure could affect their career and professional future. A total of 92 interviews were conducted with 46 respondents – examinees of 2018 to 2020. The research identifies three areas in which students felt the lack of support after not passing the school-leaving examination. Information support, guidance, and social support were defined. Measures for supporting failed pupils will be introduced.
