| Description | The paper from the subfield of philosophy of music is devoted to the concept and phenomenon of music. It presents the basic topics of musico-philosophical investigations and it shows in the short probes into the history of philosophy that music (and therefore also its philosophical reflection) includes mora than only the sphere of vocal of instrumental sound. Subsequently it deals with the area of musical understanding: What is the content of music, resp. what it could it be? And what does it mean to understand music? |
