| Description | Attenders will use a variety of sources to decide whether and why a monument should be erected to someone. In the next stage, they will design and defend its form and location in the public space. Using the example of now partly forgotten and in many ways controversial personalities from the Highlands (Vysočina) linked to the spiritual heritage of the region, you will experience an activity-based group lesson in regional history according to the current and revised RVP. The lesson is strongly cross-curricular (literature, geography, ESL, art). In addition to developing historical and critical thinking, tehy will cultivate your own creativity or defend your own proposals and evaluate those of other groups. You will experience that we don't have to "just" learn about history, but can also change it as active citizens along with the shape of public space. |
