| Description | Initially, the public lecture focused on the development of folk instrumental bands in the region of Slovácko and the related social context. On this basis, the current situation with the diversity of cimbalom music bands activities and the motivations of the musicians themselves was presented. Therefore, broader context was discussed with focus on which musical expressions and activities are closer to traditional culture and which are more popular. Together with musical examples, the speaker presented his research methods. |
