About programme
Support for outstanding theses is intended for students in Master’s degree programmes. Through student projects, the programme aims to contribute to the development of thesis preparation, and thus to encourage the achievement of superior thesis results.
Qualification criteria:
- • The proposal may be submitted by a student whose Bachelor’s thesis received a grade A and which was part of previous successfully completed studies. If the Bachelor’s thesis was not part of successfully completed studies, the student must be in the top 15% students of the degree programme
• Students in Master’s degree programmes in the 7th semester (or the 8th if they started in the spring semester), or students of follow-up Master’s degree programmes in the 1st semester (or the 2nd if they started in the spring semester) can apply for support
Evaluation criteria:
- • Expert level of the applicant’s results in their Bachelor’s thesis (or the applicant’s grade point average if the Bachelor’s thesis was not part of a previous study)
• Expert level of the expected results of the project, including the possibilities for their presentation and dissemination
• Above-standard level of planned outcomes
• Adequacy of the overall budget
• Expert level of the thesis supervisor
