15–19 Nov 2021 Humanities Week 2021: A hundred years past, a hundred years to come As traditionally, we join the celebration of UNESCO World Philosophy Day by organizing the Humanities Week. The program of the event showcases the wide range of research and educational activities carried out at the Faculty and this year will focus thematically on the centenary of the start of teaching at the Faculty. 23 Sep 2024 Faculty of Arts MU supported a humanitarian collection for Jesenicko The MUNI HELP volunteer centre and the Brontosaurus Movement organized it in the courtyard of the leading faculty campus. For example, people donated small electronics and work and hygiene equipment.
16 Sep 2024 Conference on Second Language Teacher Education attended by over 100 delegates from more than 10 countries It was organized by the Department of English and American Studies of the Faculty of Arts MU. It included about sixty presentations, a practical workshop on video reflection and a dynamic panel discussion on the future of teacher education. Highlights included Sarah Mercer, Steve Mann, and Nayr Ibrahim.
