Description The study investigates the advantages and disadvantages of various tasks used to design a longitudinal spoken corpus of university students of Italian as a second language (L2), whose mother tongue are Slavic languages (Czech, Slovak, Russian and Ukranian). These tasks include semi-structured interviews, role-plays, linguistic autobiographies, personal narrations, approximation tasks, focus groups and coffee talks (Migliorini/Raina 2001; Pallotti et al.2010; Krueger/Casey 2015).
