HR Award – We have begun preparations to renew the award

The Faculty of Arts of MU has received a positive evaluation forom the European Commission for progress in the implementation of its HR strategy. The implementatiwas assessed as thorough and systematic. The Faculty is one of the leading institutions in the field of human resources in research.
We are pleased to announce that our faculty has received a positive evaluation from the European Commission for its progress in the implementation of HR strategy.
After two years since the start of the implementation of the HR Award Action Plan FF MU, we have submitted a report containing the faculty's self-assessment and the Revised Action Plan as required by the certification conditions for the HR Excellence in Research Award. The European Commission assessed our implementation as robust, systematic and in line with the set Action Plan.
This positive assessment is a confirmation of our efforts and commitment to continuous improvement and support for researchers. We are proud that our faculty ranks among the leading institutions in the field of human resources in research.
We would like to thank all the faculty members who were involved in the preparation and implementation of the HR Award activities. We look forward to further successful collaboration in the years to come.
The next evaluation milestone will be the defence of the HR Excellence in Research Award in the first half of 2026.
