| Popis | The article focuses on the use of arbitration tribunals in the conflicts between lords and their noble subjects, which were not very common in the late Middle Ages. It contains a case study from the Czech lands during the Hussite Revolution, in which the arbitration tribunals between the Moravian Baron Peter of Kravaře and Strážnice and King Sigismund (1421), or Duke Albrecht V of Austria are analyzed. |
