• Advice on entering proposals into the ISEP (Project Management Information System – Project Proposal Editor)
• Assistance in the administration of proposals at the FF MU

• Assistance in sending project proposals to the investor

The Project Support Office (PSO) provides:

• Consultations on projects implemented and their administration
• Transferring a project in the ISEP from the Project Proposal Editor to the Accepted Projects Editor
• Advice on project administration in the ISEP
• Assisting in the administration of the launch of the project implementation at the FF MU
  • Request to create project order at the Finance Office
  • Cover sheets for the implemented project
  • Authorization of the project investigator
  • Ensuring the signing of the contract with the investor/decision to grant the subsidy
  • Assisting in the preparation of the contract with the partner and ensuring its signature
• Methodological support for project implementation or possible changes
• Assistance in sending interim and final reports to the investor
• Advice on project completion and archiving
