Preparation of project proposals
The Project Support Office (PSO) provides:
- Information about grant opportunities suitable for the FF MU
- Consultations on announced calls
- Methodological support in the preparation of project proposals
- Extended methodological support in the preparation of project proposals that will be submitted into foreign/international calls
- Advice on entering proposals into the ISEP (Project Management Information System – Project Proposal Editor)
- Assistance in the administration of proposals at the FF MU
- Project proposal cover sheets
- Partnership agreements
- Mandatory appendices to the project application
- Assistance in sending project proposals to the investor
- ISEP - Project proposal editor Project Proposal Editor is used to keep records of all submitted project proposals

Project implementation
The Project Support Office (PSO) provides:
- Information on supported project proposals
- Consultations on projects implemented and their administration
- Transferring a project in the ISEP from the Project Proposal Editor to the Accepted Projects Editor
- Advice on project administration in the ISEP
- Assisting in the administration of the launch of the project implementation at the FF MU
- Request to create project order at the Finance Office
- Cover sheets for the implemented project
- Authorization of the project investigator
- Ensuring the signing of the contract with the investor/decision to grant the subsidy
- Assisting in the preparation of the contract with the partner and ensuring its signature
- Methodological support for project implementation or possible changes
- Assistance in sending interim and final reports to the investor
- Advice on project completion and archiving
