HR Award – We participated in an online workshop with Lead HRS4R Assessors from the European Commission
HR AWARD Online workshop 27 and 28 May 2020
A two-day virtual workshop organized by the HR Award Manager RMU Dr. Nová, was tailor-made for the needs of Masaryk University by the Lead HRS4R Assessors of the European Commission – Dr. Isabelle Halleux, Research and Innovation Executive Director, University of Liège, ARD and Dr. techn. Giuliana Sabbatini, Coordinator of R&D and Project Service, University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien.
The online workshop was attended by HR Award Managers and Specialists from the faculties and UVT MU, who are striving to obtain the HR Award, and the director of the Department for Personnel Management RMU Mgr. Pokorný. The HR Award Manager from the Faculty of Science MU, that is already the holder of the HR Excellence in Research award, also took part as an observer.
All participants lively discussed the issue of the HR Award with a focus on the initial phase in which we are currently. Both Lead HRS4R Assessors answered mainly questions concerning the creation of the Gap Analysis and the Action Plan, documents that are currently being elaborated at faculties and ÚVT.
